CNC’s paint capability is second to none in Powder Coat finishing.
Powder Coating is done in an oversized 12 x 25’ booth using rolling hangers to allow specialization in finishing large parts typically too big to run on a production line.

TURNING CAPABILITIES - Our CNC Turning Capability can produce complex and diverse parts to precise tolerances when combined
with secondary operations such as CNC milling. CNC Fabricators can machine your parts from almost any materials including Aluminum,
Carbon Steels, Stainless Steel, Plastics, Titanium, and Inconel plus soft metals such as Bronze, Brass, and Copper.
Two of our newest Turning Centers are a Haas SL20 and a Haas ST-35Y.

Machining is performed on many types of materials.....including Aluminum, Carbon Steels, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steel, Plastics, Titanium, and Inconel plus soft metals such as Bronze, Brass, and Copper. Two of our newest Vertical Milling Machines are a Haas VF2 and a Haas VF6SS.

Haas VF6SS Vertical Machining Center
From our CO2 laser cutter to shearing, press brake,
and punch press operations, CNC Fabricators can meet requirements in
carbon steel, stainless,
and aluminum.
Two press brakes
cover a range of
88 tons up to 243 tons. Additional process equipment, including a shear cutter,
a 14 tool and
a 43 tool turret punch,
and spot welder
gives us ability
to process an extremely wide assortment of work.
Further fabrication steps
often include metal cutting and subsequent
drilling and milling.
This is done with two iron workers, both a vertical
and horizontal saw
and a manual mill
and manual lathe.
