CNC Fabricators (Clark Brothers Welding) leases a 4,000 square foot building in Covington, Virginia. The company purchases a laser, press brake, ironworker, several new welding machines, a burn table, and three service trucks to make it more competitive in the welding and fabrication industry.

The company name changes from Clark Brothers Welding to CNC Fabricators. The business also becomes ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Founded in 1998, CNC Fabricators has a humble origin starting with one truck, one welding machine, and the desire to provide excellent service at a competitive price.
Today, CNC Fabricators is a well-established manufacturing, fabrication, and machining company operating from a 46,000 square foot facility.
CNC Fabricators (Clark Brothers Welding) builds a 900 square foot facility in Alleghany County, Virginia.
Two service trucks are purchased for providing mobile work.

CNC Fabricators is founded as a one-man operation known as Clark Brothers Welding.
CNC Fabricators (Clark Brothers Welding) purchases the Roanoke Welding facility on Ashlawn Street in Roanoke, Virginia. The business now has a 46,000 square foot building for operations. Equipment capabilities increase with a turret punch, heavier press brakes, wet paint booth, drill press, saw, shear, and more.
